Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Traveling Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple facilities in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The role requires travel, leadership, and hands-on supervision during primarily 2nd shift (5 PM – 1 AM).

This full-time position offers travel pay, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. You will partner with an Area Manager to enhance operations and customer satisfaction while documenting site visits in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity.
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly.
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction.
• Document site visits and customer interactions using Salesforce.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared

• Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions
