Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Travel Supervisor to support operations across multiple facilities throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. This full-time role centers on leadership during 2nd shift (5 PM - 1 AM) with travel for site supervision and training.

You’ll supervise teams, perform inspections, coach staff, and document site visits in Salesforce while collaborating with the Area Manager to improve client satisfaction. Travel up to 2–3 hours from home base is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Able to travel up to 2–3 hours from home base.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Stable work history.
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity.
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are prepared.
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly.
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction.
• Document site visits in Salesforce.
