Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a motivated Supervisor in Mayfield Heights, OH to lead daily operations and support a hardworking team. This hands-on role involves coaching staff, conducting quality checks, and ensuring top‑quality service delivery for our clients.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, a stable work history, and experience managing labor hours and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections.
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
• Monitor labor hours and stay within budget.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager.
• Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures).
• Identify employees ready for advancement.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency.
• Take ownership of results and client satisfaction.
