A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a Traveling Supervisor to oversee operations across Ohio/Pennsylvania, primarily 2nd shift (5 PM - 1 AM). The role includes supervising, training, and supporting field teams, with paid travel and growth opportunities.

Expect travel to multiple sites, problem-solving on the fly, and direct collaboration with the Area Manager. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel 2–3 hours from home base.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong communication and coordination with teams.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites across the region.
• Proven ability to train, coach and motivate staff.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Stable work history; janitorial/facility services exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity.
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared.
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly.
• Work with Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction.
• Use Salesforce to document site visits and customer interactions.
