A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Weekend Team Lead to support operations across multiple facilities in the Pittsburgh area. This role offers weekend leadership experience and a path toward management, with local travel between buildings and a Saturday–Sunday schedule.

What You'll Do

As a Weekend Team Lead, you'll help ensure our buildings, employees, and customers receive the support they need to be successful.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting operations across multiple facilities
• Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
• Training and coaching team members
• Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
• Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals
• Placing weekly supply orders
• Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates
• Working closely with the Account Manager
• Identifying opportunities for additional services
• Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment
