Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple accounts in the Cleveland area and lead janitorial teams to deliver outstanding service. You'll manage staffing, coach employees, build client relationships, and ensure quality and safety standards across sites while navigating a travel-intensive schedule and a business-casual environment.

Prior leadership is helpful, with training provided.

Position Details

• - Primarily 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• - Approximately 70% Travel
• - Business Casual Environment
• - Full-Time Position
• - On-Call and Weekend Availability as Needed

What You'll Do
