Job summary

Franklin Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Floating Senior Community Manager for the DC Metro. This role is responsible for the operational and financial performance of a LIHTC/HUD-experienced community and may travel between Maryland, DC and VA.

You will supervise the office staff and maintenance teams, manage leasing and collections, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and implement resident services and retention initiatives within budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• Tax credit experience highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the community within approved budget.
• Ensure rents are collected on time.
• Supervise office staff and maintenance supervisor.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Travel between MD, DC and VA as needed.
