Responsibilities

• Operate community within budget and financial guidelines.
• Ensure rents are collected and postings updated; issue notices and evictions.
• Work one weekend per month.
• Perform site inspections and coordinate maintenance on move‑outs.
• Supervise office staff and maintenance supervisor; oversee operations.
