Job summary

The Franklin Group is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager to oversee leasing consultants and drive occupancy in the DC Metro area. This role reports to the Community Manager/Regional Manager and requires LIHTC/HUD experience.

The position involves travel between Maryland, DC, and VA, developing leasing plans, reviewing leases, and ensuring accurate data in MRI/Onisite. The company offers competitive benefits and a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/HUD experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs to achieve occupancy goals.
• Review and approve all new leases and renewals.
• Review leasing consultant commissions and submit to the property manager.
• Provide leasing and renewal information for monthly reports.
• Ensure notices, renewals, move-ins, and traffic are entered into MRI/Onesite.
• Maintain the property’s leasing and renewal goal board.
• Inspect models and office area for cleanliness and appeal.
• Review guest cards to ensure proper follow-up.
