This entry-level yet customer-focused role handles transactions, educates customers on digital tools, and supports multiple branches as needed, embodying strong service and adaptability.

The position requires excellent communication, reliability, and willingness to travel between branches, with a rotating schedule and Saturdays as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of customer service experience required; banking or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using basic office technology and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person, over the phone, and through other service channels.
• Provide coverage across St Cloud, Richmond, and Foley locations based on staffing needs.
• Build positive relationships by listening to customer needs and delivering accurate, timely solutions.
• Assist customers with questions, problem resolution, and everyday account needs.
• Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and checks.
• Verify customer identity and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain currency and coin within limits.
• Assist with account servicing such as address changes and basic troubleshooting.
• Support new account setup and educate on products and services.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
