Job summary

First Sentinel Bank seeks a Retail Operations Associate - Floating to support nine branch locations. You will handle daily transactions, deposits, payments, and customer inquiries while promoting bank services.

You travel between branches to provide service, open new accounts, maintain records, and balance cash drawers. Strong communication and sales skills are essential in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in cash handling or customer service.
• Some experience in finance, banking, or similar industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel between branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to all nine First Sentinel Bank branch locations to provide Retail Operations support.
• Provide customer service for daily transactions, deposits and account maintenance.
• Open new deposit accounts and refer customers for additional services.
• Promote and explain bank products such as loans, IRAs, CDs, and money orders.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and report discrepancies.
• Ensure teller station is stocked and reports equipment malfunctions.
• Record and process payments and maintain accurate records.
