Qualifications

• Two to five years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years in proactive sales in banking/credit union.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with financial products preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bondable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain notary designation.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes a consultative interview process to identify opportunities and deliver financial solutions including HELOC, mortgage lending, IRA processes, opening accounts, processing loan applications, and insurance.
• Educates members on benefits of products and services offered by CCF and calculates terms, rates, and payments.
• Processes transactions, updates account information, and documents interviews in the core system accurately.
• Resolves member issues by researching and collaborating with internal departments.
• Works with Centralized Lending and Loan Processing to ensure seamless loan closings.
• Performs department support duties such as scanning, faxes, and daily reports.
• Complies with all policies and applicable laws including BSA and Patriot Act.
