Avenue5 Residential, LLC seeks a Floating Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple properties in the Boise area. You will drive resident satisfaction, manage leases, and coordinate maintenance, all while upholding the company’s service standards.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management.
• Handle property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire site staff.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver excellent service and results.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality; ensure compliance.
