Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Floating Property Manager for Spokane/N.Idaho. This role covers property operations, leases, and resident experience at multiple sites, with a focus on service excellence and strong coordination across teams.

You will oversee staffing, marketing, and compliance, ensuring the property runs efficiently while maintaining high resident satisfaction and retention. Prior PM experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Manage property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; give feedback and coaching.
• Implement marketing plans to attract residents and maintain occupancy.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
