Job summary

Voltage-LL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead frontline teams on assigned lines or shifts, translating the production plan into daily work assignments and ensuring staffing alignment. You will uphold safety, quality, and productivity targets while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR to support startup, ramp-up, and full-capacity operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience, with 2 years in leadership.
• Experience supervising hourly production employees and managing daily Priorities.
• Working knowledge of SOPs, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities for assigned lines, areas, or shifts and communicate priorities.
• Assign staff to lines based on requirements and staffing availability; monitor output and adjust as needed.
• Identify constraints, bottlenecks, quality issues, safety concerns, or downtime and escalate when needed.
• Conduct shift-start meetings and handoffs, maintaining strong floor presence and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, PPE, and OSHA requirements; address unsafe conditions immediately.
• Monitor KPIs (safety, schedule attainment, productivity, OEE, downtime) and drive corrective actions.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to Area Leads and hourly employees; participate in evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, cross-training, and onboarding to ensure coverage and capability.
• Ensure accurate production records, ERP/SAP transactions, and adherence to SOPs.
