Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Phlebotomist for Imperial CA and surrounding areas. This contract role may evolve into permanent placement, with a 3-month projected duration and shift options 6AM to 6PM, M-F. You will float to nearby locations as needed and receive mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include blood draws, specimen labeling, centrifuging, and maintaining accurate patient data. Must have pediatric and geriatric experience and a clean driving record.

Formación

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge, and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients when required.
• Match lab requisition forms to specimens and package for transport.
• Store and label specimens, maintain required temperatures per protocol.
• Ensure accuracy of test requisitions and prepare specimens for testing.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations and attend trainings.
• Handle phone inquiries and relay lab results to stakeholders.
