Job summary

ProPath Services, LLC, a Sonic Healthcare USA company, is seeking a Float Phlebotomist in Georgia. The successful candidate will work at multiple locations throughout the day and support coverage from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., five days a week.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent); phlebotomy certification is preferred, with at least two years of phlebotomy experience and one year of data entry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
• Two years of current phlebotomy experience and one year of data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws competently and expediently with minimal patient discomfort.
• Identify patients, record collection information, label and log test tubes, and enter specimen data into the system.
• Maintain professional interactions with patients and staff; follow standard precautions at all times; handle hazardous materials as required.
