Job Juncture is seeking a phlebotomist for a contract role in Savannah, GA. Work schedule runs 800am-5:00pm, Mon-Sat with variable hours, for an initial 3 months with potential for permanent placement. Requires reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

The role involves blood draws, specimen labeling, handling, and data entry, with benefits available. Prior phlebotomy certification and 6+ months venipuncture experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification as required by state where employed.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with MS Office for data entry and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing assigned phlebotomy duties and troubleshooting.
• Collect and label specimens, centrifuge as needed and record data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients and ensure compliance.
• Package and transport specimens following protocol and OSHA rules.
