Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple pharmacy locations. You will lead the pharmacist-on-duty, prioritize tasks, and deliver best-in-class care including counseling, immunizations, and MTM services.

Qualifications include a pharmacy degree, an active license, and no disqualifying test results. The role offers diverse growth within Publix with a patient-centric approach and collaborative team settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must graduate from a school of pharmacy and hold an unrestricted state license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health insurance program.
• Must not have an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years.

Responsabilités

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success by executing strategy as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients and counsel to improve health and wellness.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices and medication therapy management initiatives.
• Advance pharmacy clinical initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs.
