Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple pharmacy locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence. You will lead the team on duty, provide immunizations, MTM, and personalized counseling to patients while upholding Publix standards of service and safety.

The role emphasizes staff mentorship, effective communication, and involvement in expanding clinical initiatives across locations, with a focus on patient wellness and community trust.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• No active suspensions or sanctions related to health insurance program on hire or thereafter.
• No unacceptable drug test result within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy’s success by executing strategy as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
• Deliver best-in-class pharmacy service through counseling and personalized relationships.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Advance clinical initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
