Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to deliver patient-centered care across multiple locations. You will provide counseling, clinical services, and personalized patient interactions while supporting pharmacy operations and staff development.

Ideal candidates will have a PharmD, a valid state license, and a strong focus on immunizations and MTM. This role offers growth within Publix’s pharmacy network and a flexible schedule to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counsel and build personalized relationships.
• Assist in achieving pharmacy performance goals and patient satisfaction.
• Mentor team on best practices to maximize service and sales.
• Support immunizations and MTM services and policy compliance.
• Adapt to assigned location needs and schedule.
