Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations with a patient-centric approach. You will lead as pharmacist-on-duty, supervise staff, and deliver counseling, MTM, and immunization services.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and adherence to Publix pharmacy best practices while advancing clinical initiatives and maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• No active suspensions or sanctions related to health programs.
• No unacceptable drug test results within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients and counsel customers.
• Motivate and inspire staff as pharmacist-on-duty; set priorities for daily tasks.
• Mentor others on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Lead clinical initiatives such as MTM and immunizations.
• Manage team performance and ensure complex operational activities meet deadlines.
