Publix Pharmacy seeks a Floating Pharmacist/Pharmacy Associate to ensure excellent patient care and operational excellence across locations in a patient-centric environment. You will lead pharmacy services, counsel patients, and support immunization and MTM initiatives.

The role requires a pharmacy degree, a valid license, and dedication to growth within Publix. Workplace collaboration and adherence to regulatory standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health program.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and building relationships.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively advance clinical initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
