Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking a Floating Pharmacist for a full-time role. You will provide patient-centered pharmacy services including MTM and immunizations, support clinical initiatives, and lead pharmacy staff during shifts.

The role emphasizes delivering best-in-class service, maintaining regulatory compliance, and contributing to Publix’s growth through exceptional patient care and teamwork.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have active suspensions or restrictions related to participation in health programs.
• Must not have an unacceptable result on a company drug test within the last three years.

Mansioni

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and building personalized relationships.
• Lead and motivate staff as pharmacist-on-duty and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure timely prescription processing and high standards of accuracy.
• Support immunizations and MTM services at assigned location.
• Maintain knowledge of Publix pharmacy best practices and technology system.
