Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple locations with patient-centered care and clinical services such as MTM and immunizations. You will lead patient counseling, ensure high service standards, and help implement pharmacy initiatives across assignments.

The role requires a PharmD and active state license, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. A flexible schedule and cross-location collaboration are expected as part of Publix Pharmacy’s team-based

Formación

• Immunizing pharmacist meeting state requirements (or scheduled)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret instructions and solve problems
• Numerical and financial aptitude
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control

• execute strategy at each pharmacy as pharmacist-on-duty
• set priorities to maximize contribution and support team
• provide best-in-class pharmacy service and counseling to patients
• promote customer loyalty and pharmacist-led clinical services

• advance pharmacy initiatives including MTM and immunizations
• maintain flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs
• assist in all other duties as assigned
