Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to join our patient-centered team. You will deliver best-in-class service, immunize when qualified, and lead staff on duty while ensuring accurate prescriptions and strong customer relationships.

You'll contribute to MTM programs and preventive care, maintain flexible scheduling, and support pharmacy operations across locations within the Publix network.

Qualificações

• Be immunizing pharmacist per state requirements or scheduled to become one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling
• Ability to interpret instructions, solve problems, and make quick decisions
• Numerical and financial aptitude for pharmacy operations
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients and empower staff through counseling
• Lead the pharmacist-on-duty role, set priorities, and inspire the team
• Ensure accurate prescription processing and use of pharmacy technology
• Support clinical services such as MTM and immunizations
• Maintain flexible schedule to meet customer needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
