Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to join our patient-centric team. You will deliver clinical services such as MTM and immunizations, provide exceptional patient counseling, and lead the pharmacy team on duty to ensure seamless operations across locations.

The role emphasizes clinical initiatives, patient care, and flexible schedule support while maintaining compliance with state licenses and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in health insurance programs.
• Must not have received an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years.

Responsabilités

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, including counseling and MTM.
• Lead and motivate staff as pharmacist-on-duty, ensuring timely patient care.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support team rapport with customers and associates.
• Promote immunizations and clinical services to improve health and wellness.
• Assist in all other duties as assigned.
