Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple locations with patient-centric care and clinical services, including immunizations and MTM. The role emphasizes strategic guidance, staff empowerment, and delivering high-quality pharmacy services across assigned stores.

You will work in a flexible, pharmacist-on-duty capacity, ensuring accurate dispensing, optimal customer experiences, and adherence to company best practices while promoting health and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must hold and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No active suspensions or restrictions related to health insurance participation at hire and thereafter.
• No unacceptable drug test result within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients and counsel to enhance loyalty.
• Lead team in delivering immunizations and MTM services.
• Manage pharmacist-on-duty duties and ensure timely prescription processing.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy technology and processes to support operations.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices and ensure accuracy in dispensing.
