Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to join our patient-centered team. You will oversee operations as the pharmacist-on-duty, ensure high-quality counseling, immunizations, MTM, and customer-focused care across locations.

You will mentor staff, uphold compliance, and drive clinical initiatives while maintaining flexibility in scheduling and delivering best-in-class service within Publix's pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school with pharmacist license.
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old; no suspensions or sanctions on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling, and MTM.
• Lead teams as pharmacist-on-duty, set priorities, and maintain patient-centric care.
• Advance clinical initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs.
