Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple locations with a patient-centered approach. You will ensure consistent pharmacy service, immunizations, and MTM, while mentoring staff and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

This role requires a PharmD or pharmacy degree, an active state license, and flexibility to cover shifts. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer care and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health insurance program.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success by executing strategy and motivating staff as the pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and building relationships.
• Proactively advance pharmacy clinical initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs and assist in all other duties as assigned.
