Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to deliver patient-centered care across locations. The role emphasizes clinical services, MTM, immunizations, and maintaining high-quality customer service within Publix's patient-first culture.

The ideal candidate will lead pharmacy operations, ensure timely prescriptions, mentor staff, and promote health and wellness through preventive care and immunization programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health insurance program on hire and thereafter.
• Must not have received an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy to support pharmacy success as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities and support the team while building rapport with customers and staff.
• Provide pharmacist-led clinical services and counseling to improve health and wellness.
• Mentor team on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and service.
• Advance MTM and immunization initiatives as needed.
