Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple pharmacy locations, delivering excellent patient care and clinical services. You will lead daily operations, provide counseling, immunizations, and MTM, while promoting customer loyalty and high-quality service across assigned stores.

Qualified candidates are pharmacy graduates with an active, unrestricted license and a strong focus on teamwork, accuracy, and customer engagement in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Immunizing pharmacist as established by state requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling.
• Ability to interpret instructions and solve problems.
• Numerical and financial aptitude for retail operations.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients and counsel on medications.
• Lead pharmacy operations as pharmacist-on-duty, prioritizing tasks.
• Manage patient care initiatives such as MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain customer trust through personalized relationships and service.
• Assist in all other duties assigned by the pharmacy team.
