Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple locations with patient-centered care, MTM, and immunizations. You will lead on-duty activities, drive service quality, and mentor staff while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes flexibility, collaboration with store teams, and commitment to Publix standards of excellence in pharmacy services across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance program participation.
• Must not have an unacceptable drug test result within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success by executing strategy as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team and customers.
• Offer best-in-class pharmacy service, counseling, and clinical services to improve health.
• Mentor others on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Proactively advance MTM and immunization initiatives.
• Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs.
