Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to ensure exceptional patient care while supporting multiple pharmacy locations. You will lead operations as the pharmacist-on-duty, counsel patients, provide MTM and immunization services, and mentor staff to uphold Publix standards.

You will collaborate with teams, maintain compliance, and drive clinical initiatives within a dynamic retail pharmacy environment across locations.

Qualifications

• Immunization capabilities or readiness to become immunizing.
• Strong communication and clinical service mindset.

• inspire teams to do the right thing, gain buy-in, and empower the team
• manage performance and scheduling in the absence of the pharmacist-in-charge
