Publix Pharmacy in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple stores as pharmacist-on-duty. You will deliver immunizations, MTM services, and patient counseling while maintaining high service standards.

Candidates must have a PharmD, be licensed, be 18+, and maintain an unblemished compliance record. This role offers growth within Publix's patient-centric, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No active suspensions or sanctions related to participation in health programs.
• No unacceptable drug test result within the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counsel and build relationships.
• Lead the pharmacy on-duty, set priorities and manage tasks.
• Advance MTM and immunization initiatives in assigned locations.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize service and minimize shrink.
• Maintain flexibility in work week to meet customer needs.
