Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to support multiple locations with patient-centered care, immunizations, MTM, and clinical services. You will help ensure service quality, maintain accurate dispensing, and mentor teammates while upholding Publix standards.

You must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy with an unrestricted license, be at least 18, and have no suspensions or disqualifications related to health programs; immunization certification is preferred and teamwork is

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy and hold an unrestricted license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and free of suspensions or sanctions affecting health program participation.
• Must not have had an unacceptable drug test result in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service and counseling to patients.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure timely prescription processing.
• Support MTM, immunizations, and other clinical services.
• Maintain compliance and uphold Publix pharmacy standards.
• Adapt to assigned location initiatives and maintain a flexible schedule.
