Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist/Pharmacy Associate to deliver best-in-class care in a patient-centered environment. The role emphasizes MTM, immunizations, and clinical services, with opportunities for growth across pharmacy operations.

You will work in a team oriented setting, maintaining licensure, applying pharmacy best practices, and supporting customer health and wellness initiatives at Publix locations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions or sanctions related to health insurance participation.
• Immunization certification or eligibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and building personalized relationships.
• Lead and support the team to ensure timely prescription processing.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize service quality and compliance.
• Assist in implementing pharmacy initiatives such as MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain flexibility to meet customer needs and assist in other duties as assigned.
