Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Full-time Floater Pharmacist to join our team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care, immunizations, MTM, and clinical services across multiple locations.

As a Floating Pharmacist, you will lead pharmacy teams, ensure accurate processing, provide counseling, and support new initiatives while maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll need a pharmacy degree and an active Florida license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• No active suspensions or sanctions related to health insurance program participation.
• No unacceptable drug-test result within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to each pharmacy's success by executing strategy and leading staff as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
• Deliver best-in-class pharmacy service with counseling and clinical services to improve health and wellness.
• Mentor team on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Advance pharmacy initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
