Publix Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacist - Full-time Floater to join a patient-centric team committed to immunizations, MTM, and comprehensive pharmacy care. The Floating Pharmacist will support multiple locations and uphold exceptional service.

The role emphasizes patient counseling, clinical initiatives, and leadership across the pharmacy network, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within Publix.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have active suspensions or sanctions related to health insurance participation at hire or thereafter.
• Immunizing pharmacist requirement or ability to become immunizer during training.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success by executing strategy and supporting the team.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and complete daily tasks.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service and counseling to patients.
• Promote customer loyalty and pharmacist-led clinical services.
• Mentor others on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and service.
• Advance MTM and immunization initiatives as applicable.
• Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs.
• Assist in additional duties as assigned.
