Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist - Full-time Floater to deliver patient-centered care and clinical services across locations. The pharmacist-on-duty will lead by example, ensure quality service, and support MTM, immunizations, and counseling programs.

You will coordinate with store teams, manage schedules flexibly, mentor colleagues, and uphold Publix pharmacy practices to optimize service, loyalty, and health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a health plan upon hire.
• Must not have an unacceptable drug test result within the last three years.
• Immunizing pharmacist qualification or scheduled to become an immunizer.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and building personalized relationships to promote loyalty.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Assist in implementing pharmacy initiatives and overseeing duties as pharmacist-on-duty when needed.
• Support immunizations and MTM programs and maintain accurate prescription processing.
