Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist - Full-time Floater to join our patient‑centered team. You will support multiple pharmacy locations, deliver high‑quality counseling, immunizations, MTM services, and ensure accurate dispensing while maintaining excellent customer care.

As a Floating Pharmacist, you will lead by example, coordinate with store teams, and participate in initiatives to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction across locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Unrestricted pharmacist license in the state.
• Immunization certification or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients.
• Counsel patients and promote adherence and health outcomes.
• Lead and support the team to ensure timely dispensing.
• Participate in MTM and immunization initiatives across locations.
