Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Floating Pharmacist to join our patient-centered team. You will provide pharmacy services, immunizations, MTM, and counseling to enhance health and wellness across stores.

As a Publix Associate, you will lead by example, mentor staff, and contribute to operational excellence while maintaining compliance and delivering outstanding patient care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must hold an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• No active suspensions or sanctions related to health programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service, counseling patients and building relationships.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, manage tasks and priorities as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Advance clinical initiatives including MTM and immunizations.
• Maintain knowledge of Publix pharmacy practices and systems.
