Job summary

Publix Pharmacy in Florida is seeking a Pharmacist - Full-time Floater (Healthcare) to support multiple stores with patient-centered care, immunizations, MTM, and personalized service.

As a Floating Pharmacist, you will lead pharmacy teams, ensure timely prescription processing, mentor staff, and advance clinical initiatives while maintaining excellent patient care and community health.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for hire.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or restrictions related to health insurance program participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and clinical support.
• Execute strategy as pharmacist-on-duty to maximize store performance.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices and customer care.
• Lead immunization and MTM initiatives to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure accurate prescription processing and efficient operations.
