Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Associate to deliver patient-centered care in a dynamic, team-focused environment. The Floating Pharmacist will support immunizations, MTM, and comprehensive prescription services while leading staff and maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have a PharmD, valid license, and a demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, customer service, and collaboration across pharmacy operations and communities served.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from a school of pharmacy and hold an unrestricted license.
• Immunization and MTM services are part of the role.
• Must meet all Publix pharmacy requirements for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients through counseling and personalized care.
• Lead and mentor staff, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent customer service.
• Support immunizations and MTM programs to improve health outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day operations, maintain compliance, and optimize workflows.
• Utilize pharmacy technology to handle routine and complex prescriptions.
• Collaborate with team and customers to promote loyalty and trust.
