Job summary

Publix is seeking a Pharmacist – Full-time Floater in Byron, GA. You will deliver patient-centered pharmacy services, immunizations, MTM, and counseling, while supporting multiple locations as a float pharmacist.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in health programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service to patients, counseling and building personalized relationships.
• Mentor staff on Publix pharmacy best practices to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively advance MTM and immunization initiatives at assigned locations.
• Manage pharmacist-on-duty, set priorities, and ensure timely prescription processing.
• Be an expert on the pharmacy technology system for routine and complex processing.
