Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking a Floating Pharmacist Associate in Georgia to support multiple locations with patient-centered care. You’ll lead pharmacy operations, supervise staff when the pharmacist-in-charge is away, and ensure timely dispensing while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license.
• Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a private, federal, or state health insurance program upon hire and thereafter and
• Must not have received an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years.

• Provide dedication to each pharmacy's success by executing strategy and inspiring staff.
• Set priorities to maximize contribution and support the team.
• Deliver best-in-class pharmacy service to patients through counseling and personalized relationships.
• Promote customer loyalty and pharmacist-led clinical services to improve health and wellness.
• Assist in all other duties as assigned and maintain a flexible work-week schedule.
• In the absence of the pharmacist-in-charge, manage team performance and ensure timely operations.
