The role travels between locations, supports scheduling and insurance verification, maintains HIPAA-compliant records, and contributes to smooth clinic workflows in a growing diagnostic tech company.

Qualifications

• Current national phlebotomy certification and strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a front-office or back-office healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations in the Reno, Nevada area.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as required for travel between locations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across designated partner clinic locations in the Reno, Nevada area based on operational needs.
• Travel between sites to support staffing coverage, patient volume, and clinic workflows.
• Adapt quickly to different clinic environments, teams, schedules, and operational procedures.
• Build relationships with clinic staff and providers across multiple locations to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain flexibility to respond to changing coverage needs while upholding HALO Dx's standards for patient care and professionalism.
