Job summary

Halo-Diagnostics is seeking a Float Patient Navigator – Phlebotomy to support partner locations across the Southern Denver, CO region. You will perform venipuncture, guide patients through hereditary cancer testing, and travel between clinics to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include educating patients, scheduling follow-ups, maintaining EMR documentation, and coordinating between clinical teams. BLS and phlebotomy credentials are required, CMA/RMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a front-office or back-office healthcare setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups for test completion.
• Travel between partner clinics in Southern Denver region and adapt to different workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
