Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics (HALO Dx) seeks a Float Patient Navigator – Phlebotomy to support partner locations across Northern Denver. You will perform venipuncture, guide patients through hereditary cancer testing, and coordinate across clinics to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Join a team that values hands-on clinical support, empathy, and adaptability in a fast-growing diagnostic setting. This in-person role requires travel between Northern Denver-area locations and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist required.
• 2+ years clinical experience in healthcare setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with insurance verification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens.
• Explain procedures and educate patients.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups across multiple locations.
