Job summary

Halo Dx, Inc. is seeking a Float Patient Navigator – Phlebotomy to support patient care across the Northern Denver region. You will travel between partner locations, performing venipuncture and guiding patients through hereditary cancer testing with compassion.

The role requires 2+ years of clinical phlebotomy experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to different clinic workflows. This is a full-time, in-person position with local travel.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a front-office or back-office healthcare setting.
• 2+ years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the genetic testing process and explain testing, procedures, and next steps clearly.
• Provide hands-on phlebotomy and clinical support at partner locations.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups for patients and manage cases from start to finish.
